If you are booking markets three months ahead, we cannot guarantee all requested bookings depending on the events, their frequencies and the product type.

For instance, there are certain product types which we can only have one of per event (especially at Stockbridge where space is limited to 14).

This is to ensure a fair balance of bookings on each occasion.

E.g. At Christmas, we usually have two dates in November and two dates in December at Stockbridge. We ask that you only request one of these (single or full two-day event if applicable) You are of course also welcome to ask to go on the waiting list for any date you can’t book.

If more than one of you in the same category request these bookings in advance on a Silver or Gold membership, the usual will apply, we will book on a first come, first served basis.
