Romsey Town Centre – There is no Wifi in the Town Centre- please make sure you have adequate 4G coverage/data for taking contactless payments
Stockbridge Town Hall – Wifi code is on the noticeboard under the stairs in the hall
Bishop's Waltham - Wifi code is on the Stairs wall as you arrive into the hall.
Important:
• Arrival time: 7.15am for set up (Romsey only) 8.15am for Stockbridge but no later than 8.45am (unless otherwise agreed) to give adequate set up time. 8.30am for Bishop's Waltham.
• Tear down: 3.00pm Romsey & Bishop's Waltham & 4.00pm Stockbridge (please do not pack away before this as customers still arrive right up until the end)

Facilities Romsey – There is a public loo behind the Cornmarket and Boots and just by the Bus Station
Please bring your own drinks or money for take-away from any of the shops nearby
Stockbridge Town hall has loos downstair in the hallway.
Parking Romsey – Unloading can be done, quickly from the street, usually right by or very near your space – We are on hand to watch belongings while cars are parked in the nearby car parks. Parking is Free on a Sunday. Behind the (Cornmarket)- use the larger car park and behind the Town hall near the Piazza Marketplace there is Newton Lane, Street parking or around by the Abbey and the small council offices car-park, which is also free on a Sunday.
SUNDAY IS FREE PARKING.

Stockbridge – Stockbridge has free street parking all the way through the High Street. You can unload as near to the hall as possible, safely, then park your car once you’ve unloaded.
Advertising
We promote the South Central Makersâ„¢ markets as much as we can, using all our Social Media. We welcome you sharing too, we do send promo posts via email for you to advertise that you are selling with us near the event. We also have events on Facebook which you are encouraged to share.
OUTSIDE – Romsey only
Please note that in extreme weather we may have to cancel the outside venues. In this instance, we offer a 50% carry over, please see our Ts and Cs for details . Carry overs must be used within 6 months and only at the same market venue.
Insurance – It is a requirement that you have public liability insurance – Please send over a copy on your very first booking with us and on each renewal. You can obtain one day insurance from many insurance companies if this your first time or you only do occasional markets. You can save your documentation within your Studio section in your account once you are registered on the website.
Certificates – If you sell items or goods which require certificates – i.e. bakers, candle makers etc., please send over relevant copies on your first booking confirmations.
Tables and chairs – Tables and chairs are provided in Stockbridge and any indoor venue we hire. For Romsey, you are required to bring your own table and chair/s and an all weather gazebo with adequate weights.
Wear warm clothes in winter and keep cool and hydrated in the summer.
Costs – Romsey, outside space 3x3 £35. Stockbridge, a 6ft space £36. Bishop's Waltham, a 6ft space £36
